Instant Pho Noodle Jar

Ingredients you need:
♥ 1 punnet shiitake mushroom (100g) or dried (20g) then rehydrated, sliced
♥ 1 punnet button mushroom (200g), cut into small pieces
♥ 1 bok choy (120g), cut into small pieces
♥ 1 carrot (120g), shredded
♥ 1 straw spring onion (15g), thinly sliced
♥ 1 bag bean sprouts (250g)
♥ 175g dried vermicelli noodles
♥ 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil (20mL)
♥ 1.6L water
♥ 1 packet of Heartful Flavours Vietnamese Pho
Choose your protein:
♥ 350g tofu, and
♥ 100g textured vegetable protein, Or
♥ 400g cooked fish or prawns, or 320g cooked shredded chicken breast, or 400g raw or 260g cooked lean beef sliced (limit red meat to once a week) (half the amount if choosing two proteins)
Optional:
♥ 1 cup Thai basil or mint leaves, chopped
♥ 1 chilli, sliced
♥ 1 lime, cut into wedges
Create Healthy Meals in 2 Steps:
1. In 1L glass jars, add Heartful Flavours Vietnamese Pho, vegetables, protein source, noodles and top with spring onion, optional chilli lime and Thai basil/mint.
2. Add 400mL boiled water then wait 5 minutes to cook. Pour into a bowl, ensure the meal base is mixed in, and enjoy. If placed in fridge, leave cold jar on bench for 15-20mins or put cold jar in lukewarm water to bring to room temperature before pouring in boiled water. Ensure ingredients are cut to a small size so they cook thoroughly, otherwise microwave until cooked.
