ā„Ā 6Ā tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt (or calcium fortified yoghurt alternative) (100g)
ā„Ā 1Ā tbspĀ extra virgin olive oil (20mL)
ā„Ā 1/2 packet ofĀ Heartful Flavours Korean BibimbapĀ (12.5g)

Create This in Easy Steps:
1.Ā MixĀ Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap, extra virgin olive oil and cauliflower in a large bowl until the cauliflower florets are evenly coated.
2. Air fry at 190 °C for 12 minutes.
3.Ā Enjoy with low fat Greek yoghurt (or calcium fortified yoghurt alternative).
