Korean-style Air Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients you need:
♥ 1 small cauliflower (375g), cut into florets
♥ 6 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt (or calcium fortified yoghurt alternative) (100g)
♥ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (20mL)
♥ 1/2 packet of Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap (12.5g)
Create This in Easy Steps:
1. Mix Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap, extra virgin olive oil and cauliflower in a large bowl until the cauliflower florets are evenly coated.
2. Transfer into air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 190°C.
3. Enjoy with low fat Greek yoghurt (or calcium fortified yoghurt alternative).
