♄ ⁠700gĀ cold tofu, cubed or 8 boiled eggs, sliced

♄ 1/2 small lettuce or wombok leaves,Ā shredded (200g)

♄ 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded (230g)

♄ 1 cucumber,Ā cut into half disc (200g)

♄ 1 carrot,Ā cut into matchsticks (120g)

♄ 4 cups cooked soba noodles (680g)(ā‰ˆ260g dry)

Sauce

♄ 1 packetĀ Heartful Flavours Korean BibimbapĀ (25g)

♄ 60mL boiled water

♄ 2 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar (40mL)

♄ 2 tbsp sesame oil (20mL)

♄ 1 handful toasted sesame seeds (30g)

Create This in Easy Steps:

1.Ā In a large bowl, combineĀ Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap, water, lemon juice, sesame oil and toasted sesame seedsĀ until consistent and glossy.

2.Ā Toss in noodles, mix until evenly coated.

3.Ā To assemble, add 1 cup of glazed noodles in each bowl with protein source and vegetables.Ā Mix and enjoy!
