Instant Seafood Tofu Stew Noodle Jar

Ingredients you need:

♄ ⁠20g dried shiitake mushroom, rehydrated (makes 100g), sliced

♄ 30g dried kelp, rehydrated (makes 90g), sliced

♄ 300g enoki mushrooms (remove 4-5 cm stem)

♄ 200g king oyster mushroom, cut into small pieces

♄ 100g cabbage, sliced

♄ 2 green onion straws (30g), sliced

♄ 175g dried vermicelli noodles or other glass noodles

♄ 1 packet ofĀ Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap

♄ 1.6L boiled water

Ā 

Choose your protein:

♄ 450g soft tofu, and

♄ 150g cooked prawn, Or

♄ 700g tofu or 400g cooked prawns or fish, sliced or 8 boiled eggs or 600g no added salt chickpeas or 400g textured vegetable protein or 320g cooked chicken breast, shredded
(half the amount if choosing two proteins)

Optional:

♄ 1 chilli, sliced


Create Healthy Meals in 2 Steps:

1. In each 1L glass jar, add 1/4 packet Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap, vegetables, protein source, noodles and top with shallots and optional chilli.

2. Add 400mL boiled water then wait 5 minutes to cook. Pour into a bowl, ensure the meal base is mixed in, and enjoy. If placed in fridge, leave cold jar on bench for 15-20mins or put cold jar in lukewarm water to bring to room temperature before pouring in boiled water. Ensure ingredients are cut to a small size so they cook thoroughly, otherwise microwave until cooked.
