Korean Bibimbap Style Air Fried Cauliflower
SERVES 2
Ingredients you need:
♥ 1 small cauliflower (375g), cut into florets
♥ 6 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt (or calcium fortified yoghurt alternative) (100g)
♥ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (20mL)
♥ 1/2 packet of Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap (12.5g)
Create This in Easy Steps:
1. Break down washed cauliflower into smaller florets.
2. Mix Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap with extra virgin olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
3. Throw in the cauliflower into the mix and toss until the cauliflower florets are evenly coated.
4. Transfer into air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 190°C.
5. Enjoy with low fat Greek yoghurt (or calcium fortified yoghurt alternative).
