 ⁠175g of Air Fried Green Curry Tofu

 2 slices of bread such as sourdough, wholegrain, wholemeal

 2.5 cups of washed mixed salad leaves

 1/2 avocado

 

Create This Healthy Meal in 3 Steps:

1. ⁠Spread avocado on bread.

2. Layer bread with Air Fried Green Curry Tofu and salad leaves. Serve remaining salad on the side.

3. Close sandwich, and enjoy!
