Green Curry Tofu Wrap

Ingredients you need:
♥ 2.5 cups raw vegetables (187.5g) (1 cup lettuce, 1/2 tomato and 1 mushroom)
♥ 1/2 avocado
♥ 1 wholegrain or wholemeal wrap or 2 slices of bread
♥ 1/3 cup low fat yoghurt (67g)
♥ 1/4 packet of Heartful Flavours Thai Green Curry (12.5g)
♥ 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (5mL)
Choose your protein:
♥ 175g firm tofu, cubed and pressed to remove extra liquid
♥ Alternatives: 175g tempeh or 150g no added salt chickpeas or 125g prawns or 120g skinless chicken breast
Optional Garnish:
♥ lemon/lime
Create This in Easy Steps:
1. Marinate protein with Heartful Flavours Thai Green Curry and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
2. Transfer into air fryer and cook for 10-12 mins at 200°C. Toss the protein halfway.
3. Assemble in a wrap or sandwich with vegetables, avocado, yoghurt, lemon or lime. Serve the rest of the ingredients on the side as a salad. Enjoy!
