Ingredients you need:
ā„ ā 2.5 cups raw vegetables (187.5g) (1 cup lettuce, 1/2 tomato and 1 mushroom)Ā
ā„ 1/2 avocado
ā„ 1 wholegrain or wholemeal wrap or 2 slices of bread
ā„ 1/3 cup low fat yoghurt (67g)
ā„ 1/4 packet of Heartful Flavours Thai Green CurryĀ (12.5g)
ā„ 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (5mL)
Ā
Choose your protein:
ā„ 175g firm tofu, cubed and pressed to remove extra liquid
ā„ ā Alternatives: 175g tempeh or 150g no added salt chickpeas or 125g prawns or 120g skinless chicken breast
Optional Garnish:
ā„ ā lemon/limeĀ

Create This in Easy Steps:
1. ā Marinate protein with Heartful Flavours Thai Green Curry and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
2. Air fry at 200 °C for 10-12 mins, flipping the protein halfway.Ā
3. Assemble in a wrap or sandwich with vegetables, avocado, yoghurt, lemon or lime. Serve the rest of the ingredients on the side as a salad. Enjoy!
