Gochujang Tofu Fries

Ingredients you need:
Tofu Fries
♥ 350g extra firm tofu, pat down dry and cut into strips
♥ 1 tbsp chia seeds or sesame seeds (15g)
♥ 3 tbsp wholemeal or brown rice flour (45g)
♥ 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (5mL)
Glaze
♥ 3/8 packet or 2 tbsp of Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap (9g)
♥ 4 tsp sesame oil (20mL)
♥ 1 tbsp lemon juice (20mL)
♥ 2 tbsp of water (40mL)
Dip
♥ 3/4 cup low fat Greek yoghurt (or calcium fortified yoghurt alternative) (200g)
♥ 1/8 pack or 2.5 tsp of Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap (3.5g)
Optional Garnish:
♥ 1 straw spring onion (15g), thinly sliced
Create This in Easy Steps:
1. Lightly coat each tofu piece in wholemeal flour, chia seeds, and EVOO. Air fry for 10 minutes at 200°C.
2. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap over medium heat for 30 secs, then add lemon juice, sesame oil, and water to create the glaze.
3. Add in the tofu fries, and coat evenly. Sprinkle over with optional spring onion.
4. Create the dip by mixing yoghurt and 2.5 tsp of Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap till combined. Enjoy and serve!
