Chinese Cabbage Rolls (One-Pot Rice Cooker)

Ingredients you need:
♥ 750-900g vegetables (E.g. 0.5 cabbage or 12 large cabbage leaves (540g), 1 carrot (120g), diced, shiitake mushroom, diced (100g or 20g dried, rehydrated and save the liquid to cook the rice))
♥ 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (6g)
♥ 2 tsp ginger, finely chopped (4g)
♥ 3 spring onion, finely chopped (45g)
♥ 0.5 tsp pepper (1g)
♥ 1 cup basmati or brown rice (200g)
♥ 2 tbs sesame oil (40mL)
♥ 2 tbs boiled water (32mL)
♥ 0.5 tbs Heartful Flavours 'Oister' Sauce Seasoning (4g)
♥ 0.5 tbs Heartful Flavours 'Soi' Sauce Seasoning (4g)
Choose your protein:
♥ 480g lean chicken mince
♥ Alternatives: 700g firm tofu, cubed OR 200g textured vegetable protein OR 500g salmon OR 400g lean pork or beef mince (limit red meat to once a week)
(half the amount if choosing two proteins)
Optional:
♥ sesame seeds
♥ chilli oil
Create This in Easy Steps:
1. Rinse rice, add shiitake mushroom liquid or water to the required fluid level, protein source, carrot, shiitake mushroom, pepper, garlic, ginger, spring onion whites, Heartful Flavours 'Soi' Sauce Seasoning, and 1 tbs sesame oil. Place the cabbage leaves in a steaming basket on top (Note: if your rice cooker is small, simply microwave the cabbage leaves for 1-3 minutes separately). When the rice cooker is done, take out the cabbage and mix the filling together.
2. Mix Heartful Flavours 'Oister' Sauce Seasoning, boiled water and 1 tbs sesame oil.
3. Spoon filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll. Drizzle over the sauce, garnish with spring onion greens and optional sesame seeds.
