One-pot Korean Bibimbap (in Rice Cooker)

Ingredients you need:

♄ frozen spinach (70g)

♄ Ā frozen edamame beans (70g)

♄ 1/2 carrot (60g), cut into matchsticks

♄ shiitake mushroom (50g), or dried (ā‰ˆ10g) then rehydrated, sliced

♄ other mushroom (50g)

♄ frozen corn (75g)

♄ toasted sesame seeds (4g)

♄ 2 unsalted seaweed sheets (6g), cut into rectangles

♄ 2 tsp sesame oil (10mL)

♄ 0.5 cup brown rice (100g)

♄ 30mL boiled water

♄ 1/2 packet ofĀ Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap

Choose your protein:

♄ 250g salmon or 350g firm tofu or 350g tempeh or 300g no added salt chickpeas or 240g skinless chicken breast or 200g lean beef (limit red meat to once a week)

Create Healthy Meals in 3 Steps:

1. Rinse rice in pot. Add spinach, edamame, carrots, corn, mushrooms and salmon. Turn on rice cooker.

2. Mix Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap with 30mL boiled water in a bowl, stir sauce until consistent.

3. When rice cooker is finished. Drizzle over the sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil and mix. Top with sesame seeds and serve with seaweed. Enjoy!
