Ingredients you need:

♄ 750-900g vegetables (E.g. 1 carrot (120g), julienned, 0.25 green cabbage (500g), shredded, 250g bean sprouts)

♄ 3 spring onion, cut into 5cm pieces, separate white and green parts (45g)

♄ 2 tsp ginger, finely chopped (4g)

♄ 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (6g)

♄ 0.25 tsp pepper (0.5g)

♄ 4 cups cooked egg noodles (680g) (ā‰ˆ270g dry)

♄ 1 tsp sesame oil (5mL)

♄ 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil (40mL)

♄ 3 tbs boiled water (48mL)

♄ 0.5 tbsĀ Heartful Flavours 'Soi' Sauce Seasoning (4g)

♄ 1 tbs Heartful Flavours 'Oister' Sauce Seasoning (8g)


Choose your protein:

♄ 480g chicken breast, skinless, sliced

♄ Alternatives: 700g firm tofu OR 200g textured vegetable protein OR 500g seafood OR 400g lean beef OR 400g lean pork (limit red meat to once a week)
(half the amount if choosing two proteins)

Create This in Easy Steps:

1. Marinate protein withĀ 0.5 tbs Heartful Flavours 'Oister' Sauce Seasoning and 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil.

2. To make the stir-fry sauce, mix 0.5 tbs Heartful Flavours 'Oister' Sauce Seasoning, 0.5 tbs Heartful Flavours 'Soi' Sauce Seasoning, pepper, sesame oil with 3 tbs boiled water.

3. Heat 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil in wok or large pan over high heat. Add ginger, garlic, white parts of spring onion and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute until it just starts to brown. Add carrot and green cabbage, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the cooked noodles, drizzle over the sauce, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Toss in the bean sprouts and green parts of spring onion for 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!
