How to use
Use our 'Soi', 'Oister' and 'Fiish' Sauce Seasonings in place of regular soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauces.
- Marinate proteins or vegetables
- Add while cooking
- Sprinkle, pour or dip at the table
Adds rich flavour and boosts umami the heart healthy way.
Ways to use

Dry- sprinkle as is
- Sauce - mix 1 part seasoning with 2 parts water (add more water for a thinner sauce)
How much to use

For 1 serve/meal is 1 teaspoon (2g)
- To make a sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning + 2 teaspoons water. Makes 3 teaspoons sauce

For example, when cooking for four meals, use 4 teaspoons/1 tablespoon (8g)
- To make a sauce, 1 tablespoon seasoning + 2 tablespoons water. Makes 3 tablespoons sauce, around 0.25 cup
Adjusting to taste and recipes
You may use more:
- At first, while your taste buds adapt to a lower sodium diet
- When adding it in multiple parts of a recipe such as to marinate and make stir-fry sauce
For example, 1.5-2 teaspoons (3-4g) per meal or 1.5-2 tablespoons (12-16g) for four meals.
